First, a caveat : Im not someone who studies animals for a living.

However, I did watch the discovery channel last night, and low and
behold, a very bright scientist type said that possems will eat anything that
isnt to big or to fast for them to catch (such as carrion, berries, and so
forth.) The point is that possems are scavengers rather than hunters or
herbevores (sp?).
A sort of side note:
I was wondering what, if anything people thought of the following.
If you put an A priority to magic, but didnt want to be a 'full mage'. So
instead you choose to play a physical adept/sorcerer adept.
Now I can hear the cries of munchkinism already, but please think over
the possibilities before applying the thwap (remeber way back in the 1988
presidential race? Dukakis and Liberal? :)
The reason behind this question is that I actually have the opurtunity
to play this kind of character, and my expirience in creating him has shown
that (in the beginning at least) you dont have enough to go around. Thus,
just by virtue of his needing so much (sorcery, hth skills, firearms, magic
theroy, stealth and everything else to make a 'classic' physical adept who cna
cast spells) he is limited quite nicely.
Note also, that the Karma cost for him to become any good at all is
truly outrageos (worse even than a normal mage).
Thoughts, flames, warm wet carps, all eagerly atticipated ;)

Well, right, then... make the opossum totem's disadvantage be that
he/she/it/awakened-it be required to eat only someone else's leftovers.
