Here's another link that was posted to the CPML. Check it out, pretty
interesting if far-fetched ;)

There's a war out there, old friend, a world war. And it's not about who's
got the most bullets, it's about who controls the information. What we see
and hear, how we work, what we think, it's all about the information!

Sounds like a "landover baptist" thing to me. That, or the guys an
idiot. Lego prototype > I-beam chassis does NOT scale. The diagrams are
cute, but meaningless, from what I see. Sorry, but the Murphy in me says
"NO", and he's usually right. Cute way to sell t-shirts, though. :-)
This is not a unique or new project. GM made something like this back
in the 60's- I saw pictures in a kids book. Wish I could phreaking remeber
where, but supposedly they still had it. It could only move in its lab,
though- the hydraulic pumps and motor were not onboard.
For some folks who might SUCCESSFULLY pull this kind of stunt off, check
out Survival Reseach Laboratories at www.srl.org - I think they decided
bipeds are pointless for thier purposes, but they have the materials, know
how, and nutso to pull it off. Gonzo mechanized performace art- gotta love
it. No Lego's involved. :-)
