As for the acid...I recommend HF (Hydrofluoric) or maybe formic acid. =)

Formic? That's a wimpy acid. Bearly lipid soluble, and a high pKA. HF is
hard to store and explodes nicely just when you least expect it. (The
Pastey Salsa effect).

I would go with phenol. Strong acid, organic solvent, lipid soluble.
Soaks through the tissues, hits the blood stream, and you are in one,
sorry, third-degree, never try that again shape.
