I need to make up some prime runners as obsticles, atmosphere for my game. my
players have between 50 and 90 karma; and i need these guys to be (for the
most part) better or on par with my players.

any suggestions as to what to give them that would make them standout? or
just make them "sexier" than the standard npc runner? (other than a bad
attitude, black leather, cool shades and a big-@** gun?)
