If I have a less than intelligent character, and I come across something
that I think he/she wouldn't think of, I usually do an intelligence test tn
depending on how much of a leap the character would have to make to come to
that conclusion. I have done some pretty stupid stuff this way, and I'm
pretty sure that it was enjoyed by all.

What part of Australia's that? I'm in western Sydney and haven't live role
played in over a year.

By the way, I think it was "Macho Women With Guns" that said of the
intelligence stat: "Intelligence is overrated", and mentioned some of your
points, so their sheets simply didn't have an intelligence stat.

Well, I would counter this with the observation that intelligence is
*not* IQ, or even what D&D calls intelligence. It is, quite simply,
mental reaction speed. I would almost go so far as to call it "wits"
rather than intelligence
