Whe I read these posts, I got the idea that programming languages
were supposed to be a tool for the decker to create his/her own
programs. Therefore, a new Analyze program could be written in
CGI, and be written faster, even though it takes up more Mps.
However, when you buy a program, it'd be the modern-day
equivalent of buying a program from, say, Microsoft... optimized
to the max, almost. So, IMO, these languages are created in order
to allow the decker to be more creative, writing his/her own
programs rather than buying them from Microsoft. Am I wrong?

That is what I intended them to be. The usual programs are not optimized
though, IMO, they are just average. Average for the amount of time and the
average programming tools used. These tools are special, they are top quality
stuff that allows deckers to program faster and better. A decker without
any of these tools can still program, just not as fast or well.
