This is going to become a 'net book, and is extremely likely to
stick around in something extremely close to its original form for the
next ten years. Do we want to have to revise it yearly to "keep up with
the times?" I sure hope not.
Instead, we should make everything possible now, but make the
history and timeline very clear, so that people who start playing in 1999
(SR year 2059) will, if they follow our wholly optional system, have more
psionics running around than we would now (SR year 2054.)
I'll repost my proposed history soon as a reminder, and so that
people can suggest adjustments and additons.
