I have received a copy of the AD&D Complete Net.Psionics Handbook from a
D&D-freak friend of mine. It is available for anonymous ftp at:
vorlon.mankato.msus.edu:
/pub/role-playing/shadowrun/working/net.psioics.handbook

I don't know how good it is, but it might have some ideas for at the very
least, different abilities.

A friend of mine came up with the Mentalist class for basic D&D,
and I've got a number of powers for that as well -- the class itself fits
perfectly into the basic D&D game system (in other words, it would really
suck if moved directly into a better system), but I came up with a whole
lot of interesting abilities for it -- I'll adapt them once we agree on a
system.
