I still myst disagree with Darth with regards to establishing a 'maximum'
power that a psi can have. Yes the concept is that you are channeling
your own energies instead of leeching off of astral space, but we MUST
assume that there is a huge potential power base and it is just a
question of learning how to get it better (and how to use it more
efficiently). The spending of Karma and the practice of initiating is
what represents the learning to get more psi power and use it better.

While there might be a theoretical upper limit, I doubt that there are
any practicing psis that will reach it.
