Mercenary X started it (I think), and it sparked creative urges
in a lot of other people, especially our Fearless Leader. Remember, of
course, that like any other net.book these rules are even more optional
than FASA's optional rules.
Just a reminder, though, everybody -- put PSI in your subject
line so that people who aren't interested in the discussion can ignore it
more easily.
