Leader. Next, and more importantly now that we seem to be closing in on a
concensus for PSI-rules, where should PSI power submissions be sent
to, here or NERPS?
And as to the PSI rating, I do not think that it should be effected so harshly
by some headware systems. Things like smartlinks and datajacks that essentially
provide more sensory input to the brain should not have an adverse affect on
its innate power. As I understand the functioning of the essence loss, it
represents the disruption of a personal aura by the replacement of human flesh
with cybernetic parts, but I don't really see the correlation to essence with
psionics (unless it has been included as meerly a method of game balance)
I understand that more intrusive systems (wired/boosted
reflexes) may disrupt the psionisits abilites to some degree, but I think that
the double essence loss reduction for headware is a bit much.
