Can anyone give me some info on Alachia. What has she been doing recently?
Where is she located? Do we know her future plans? How bad is she (power
level)? If you'd rather email me privately that's fine. Or, if you can
suggest some books that give this info, it'd be appreciated also.

IIRC (I'm at work and unable to look anything up, so my shoddy
memory will have to do) Alachia is currently in Tir Na Nog not far
from the seat of power.
