This questioncame up in my game last night. The players have the
improved Skillwires and wanted to know if they could run their etiquette
softs with the activesofts, at a lower rating (as you can with Knowsofts,
I believe). I made this temp. ruling:
Since Enhanced Articulatio was ruled to affect even etiquette
skills (something I recall from this list last Spring) on the
basis of "walk the walk", I ruled that they are Active.
However, I always felt that definition was rather flaky. Any
takers?
