Has there ever been an "official" Elven Martial Arts
style indicated in any of the books?

Yes. It's called Carromeleg, and it does roughly the same thing as
capoeira. It's in the Cannon Companion, martial arts section.

The Tir Tairngire sourcebook mentions "carromeleg" as an Elven
martial art of unknown origin.
