I'm very interested.

Is it possible to gain extra dice from aid sorcery of elementals?
Well, considering that this was designed to be a stop-gap for use in dire
situations, then using a simple action on top of an extra complex action
in order to command the elemental makes for very tight timekeeping, ie yes
you can, if you can spare the time.

How about allocation of MAGIC POOL dice to the MAGIC THEORY rool?
Magic pool is based on sorcery skill, and hence for an entirely Magic
Theory based roll, would not be allowed. Learning a spell, however, is
another matter, as the process takes a fair bit of time, and hence adding
extra dice is not so much of a big deal.
Hope this answers your question.
