I feel sorry for you. DND has forsaken realism and imagination for
ease of play. Not in itself bad, just frustrating.
If you had a spell called Slay Enemy. You'd have to do several things.
I don't recall this particular spell so I'm assuming that it's a researched
one. The game mechanics would be something akin to the Detection rules.
You would make the role but the individual successes would be based on
each person affected. Check out _The Grimoire_. It has a quick-n-dirty
system for spell creation and such. I'd be alot of help. I'd say that
the spell has to be more specific than "enemies." Or else make it only work
against those actively opposing you that have malice toward you. I can't give
you an idea of what drain would be like 'cuz I don't have my Grimoire here.
Sorry if this sounds like rambling, but if you could ask a more specific
question I could try to answer it the best I can.

IMHO, I would not allow this. The Matrix is all in the mind and the
spell only quickens one's body's reactions. The spells don't make you
program any faster. As far as Analyze Device is concerned, I don't like
the spell and don't use it because it closes the gap between magic and
technology a little too much for my tastes.
