Given Tom Dowd's recent ruling of the effects of regeneration,
(reminder: regen does not kick in until the creature takes
10 boxes in the physical monitor),

Could a vampire have cyber surgery done that has a total wound
level less than a deadly- his/her regen would technically
not kick in.

Please do not beg the question; I am thinking hypothetically.

Also- has anyone designed a version of Mirin's spell that
frags cyberware?

If so, please send me a copy- I need the spell design so I can
reverse engineer the spell back to SR I (As Jason Carter says,
I am a SR I junkie :) )

This is another example of conflicting policy brought about by not
considering the consequences of certain rulings. By this ruling, a Vampire
should be able to undergo surgery, whereas before it was deemed impossible
because the regeneration would immediately heal any damage done.

Perhaps a better defintion of the time required is in order. THe vampire
heals damage at a set rae, maybe 1 box/round ( if not more ).
