Isn't that just what "snake eye" system is for? It goes two ways,
remember, and may be especailly useful if combined with rigger IVIS or
Battle-Tac technolgy. As for the encephalon- won't be needed. Besides, it
"multitasks your cognitive needs", not your minds eye. :-)

I think in images, so for me, my "mind's eye" and "cognative tasks"
are
pretty much the same thing.
