The NAGM is still being playtested. Some of us do have copies of the
playtesting material, I happen to be one. It has not been released; but
Andrew was using it for a rules clarification.

Don't forget the new totems, including Paranormal Totems. Plus it gives
guidelines to making your own totems.

But where did you get the playtesting material, and where can some of us
other unfortunates get it? (Drooling over using it in my campaign,
without telling the players).
