Hiya,
I remember a pile of posts about clarifications for R2 and various
other ideas/questions. I finally got R2 and was wondering if anyone had
a nice succint compilation of the pertinent Q & A put forth on this
list? If so, where can I get it?

Thanks a bunch,
Glenn

Grumble.. I knew I should have saved all the fix posts for the next issue
of TSS. If anyone has saved them all (David, maybe?), could you please
forward them to me, and they can go in when it's finished :)

Sorry, not me. I figured Jon was keeping track (he did write it
after all ;)

I've saved them all (I think!) - having a vested interest and
all. :-)

I don't want to flood you, though, so let me know if you want
me to send them...

Please send such messages directly to him and not on the mailing list. :)

*sigh* I guess this should have gone email. Well, Adam - the up
side is that a lot of people are interested in the fixes... :-)

In fact, I've gotten so many requests (well, at least half a
dozen in the 90 minutes since my posting) that I'm *not* going to
send them to anybody but Adam.

Let me repeat that. I'm only going to send the stuff to Adam.
He's going to condense it, pull the relevant info out, and stuff
it into the next issue of TSS. If anybody else wants the info,
they will be able to get it there.

I'd have stuck it up on a web page, but it's still in pretty rough
form and that's pretty much what Adam was planning, anyway.

As am I, since I ended up skipping over alot of it before I owned R2..

Once I clear it with Jon.. :)

Jon: I'll clean it up and forward it to you sometime today or tommorrow,
more likely tommorrow.

All of you might be interested to know that I've just finished
compiling/editing for FASA a Rigger 2 FAQ and Errata list. They will be
posting it onto their web page when... well, whenever they get around to
updating their web page.

I would have told you earlier, but I had just re-sent it back to FASA this
week.

Sometime next year, maybe.. <g>

Which does mean that the posted clarifications won't appear in TSS, we'll
wait for FASA's official word :)

Do you know if they will do the same thing for
Cyberpirates?

No, I don't know right now if they will. Just a guess, but whether they do
will depend upon how many questions and such they get in for Cyberpirates.
(There were a lot of questions for Rigger 2, simply because, well, it's a
rules-oriented book. CP is more like a "regular" sourcebook and talks more
about places and adventure ideas than about rules and toys. So there probably
won't be as many questions that will be asked.)

If you have a question about CyberPirates, go ahead and e-mail your question
to FASAInfo@***.com. (Of course, you can always ask me, but what I tell you
will be just IMO. Also, I only did the ship and most of the underwater rules,
so I can't help you out with the economics or the places.)
