Actually, in the London Sourcebook the Minotaur and Ogre racial
variations are mentioned:) There are no statistics given, but a
description of these metatypes are given. SR states somewhere that the
nomenclature used by the people in the Sixth World comes from the
similarities in the metatypes with the fables of the various cultures.
Thus, while SR is not a "Fantasy" world [although one could debate that
any RPG is fantasy:)], the language it uses represents the 'fantasy' of
the culture:) Of course, just because FASA says something does not mean
your game world has to abide by it:), if you do not want Minotaurs,
Ogres, Halflings in your world do not use them :)

Thanks and Enjoy:)

What he said.

In addition, if you think that's bad, one of the races that was DROPPED
from ShadowLore was the Pixie/Sprite, a short, weak, winged PC race that
could flow short distances. And that was only after a month-long
argument about it (of course, I was the only person advocating their
inclusion, but I'm rather pig-headed).

OOOOHHHH, a pixie. Now wouldn't that be fun.
<Flit the Pixe>With movement as quick as lighting I draw my Walther
Hold-out. Before the the goon can even blink, a flash from the muzzles
is the only indication that his time is at an end;o
<GM>Flit you go flying backwards smashing into the wall, because of the
kick of the hold-out (he he he). The goon doesn't even notice the bullet
as it slans into his chest, its kinetic energy being dispersed through
his body armor. He approaches your stunned body, a wicked smile on his face.
:) ;I |o ,>
I would love that. Maby I'll create one for myself. I've been know to
be stubborn myself on occassion(grin), must come with the territory:)

Enjoy.

Actually, the stats for Minotaurs and Ogres are in Paranormal Animals of
Europe. Thay're basically Trolls and Orcs that look a bit different.

And um...apparently you missed the letters on the SR2 ED crossover. :)
It's getting a bit more fantastic every sourcebook.
