And I missed the funeral? Man, these crack-induced blackouts are
really starting to get out of control! :)

As always, if you can tie your comments to SR (even tenuously)
then I usually have no problem with it. Are Immortal Elves really
demigods in disguise (this one came up recently, actually, with the
"Primal Order" tie in)? Do Jesuit priest-mages really get their power
from God? Is Set worship on the rise, and will it affect the game world?
Are orks and trolls *really* demon-spawn, or is the Church of Humanity
Unchained making it all up?
All these questions and more are certainly reasonable discussion
fodder for the list.

If you're trying to be a pain in my ass, however, I suggest you
take it elsewhere. There are scads of comparative theology newsgroups out
there where you will find more argument and belligerance than you can
shake a crucifix at.

By the way I am still working on the whole gods thing (notice I am very
careful with my capitalization...). My work however has become more
important and yet has to put on the back burner at the same time. You see,
my players just saw the new Star Wars movie... and well they want to play
Jedi now in the Star Wars universe. Thing is I have become attached to the
game mechanics of Shadowrun (not to mention being able to ask ya'll
questions... other lists just don't help out as much as ya'll do, which I do
appreciate very much) and want to keep it. So my Plane hopping begins just
we begin in another dimension other than Shadowrun. Hell just watching the
Phantom Menace shows how much out of date the Star Wars RPG system is. The
BIG example is the use of the droids (don't worry I am not going to spoil it
for people, but to be safe...

As we saw in the movie the droids were controlled by the -massive- computer
aboard the ship in orbit. Can you say very advanced drones?

And the rules for vehicals I perfer the Shadowrun method, and I always
wondered about VR in Star Wars now I'll get the chance... Of course that
means I have to begin to adapt Star Wars stuff... oh boy... but it should
prove to be fun. :-)
