To keep things reasonably sane, our GM limits attribute increases
to once per game year. All six can be raised in one year, but once each.
Should I restate that again with another word order?

BTW, we stick to normal racial maxs.

Well that IS an good idea, but it still does not anser the "pee-wee
to arnold" syndrome. What happens in my game is that nobody can raise
their stats more than twice each. That is a character with 1 strength can
become a "normal" human of strength 3, but not a mister universe of
strength 6. We also stick to the normal racial maximums.
