OK, most of these were inspired from Metal Gear Solid, just so I don't sound
like a moron.

Bullet Ricochet: Trick Shots? Seperate Skill, specialization of the
appropriate weapon type, or heavy penalty? Can something like this (SR2 or
SR3, whichever come to mind) be combined with, say, Physics?

Really Big Minigun: Um, IS it possible for a PhysAd Troll to handle a weapon
mounted Mingun in a manner similar to that of Vulcan Raven?

Sniping. Synthacardium, Suprathyroid Glands, Wired Reflexes, and MbW
systems. Would Sysnthacardium have a positive effect on sniping because of
the lower heart rate? Would meditation (like Zen) help? Would a
suprathyroid gland have a detrimental effect of sniping (high pulse rate)?
How about Wired Reflexes or MbW (involuntary twitching)?

I was watching an anime called +ACI-Ghost in the Shell+ACI- this weekend.
There were some tre cool snipers in helicopters in the climatic scene.

Point being. They were instruceted to control breathing and heart
rate.
I presume they had cyber that would help them do this. I dont know of
any
existing SR cyber for this, so I geuss we need to design some.

The synthacardium would help, but is only a first step. A temporary
halt in
breathing (with attendent oxygen supply by other means) and heartbeat
(with
non concussive blood pump kicking in) would give a very level firing
platform.
