It may be time to re-introduce the really old FAQ-test idea... Or point
the new members to the paragraph that used to include the word "dork".

The FAQ also includes some sections on basic netiquette, which are always
useful to read, especially if you're new to a long-established mailing
list.

If you haven't read the FAQ, you won't know about the questions that could
spark off flame wars either... :)
