okay doc

from SRII regen gave you the tests every time the critter
hit a Deadly wound (one shot or cumulative ) he tests on the
1d6 on a 1 he dies , massive tissue damage makes it 1 or 2
say attempting to stop a truck with flesh and bone )
Para-animals of North America has the same stuff

companion (2ed) gave Shapeshifters a few add ons , such as
no regen in human form , but the SS can shift to animal and
heal half it's essence round down , okay same regen rules in
animal form as critters in main but , once the SS takes
damage equal to her body + 10 they see how much organleggers
can get for whats left , shapshifter wizzers have it bad as
regen doesn't negate D wounds only heals them they still
check for essence loss ( but regen drain at 1 box per
minute )
as someone mentioned silver is the big negator no regen

hope it helps DOC

ps WWF fries your brain

pps I am back after prolonged absence , it took the local
telecom co. 17 days to fix a landline , moral don't live in
the 3rd world in rain season

ok....lots of good points there but anyone taking it for fact note first
that he said that those are the rules in second edition, what I had
previously posted is what came directly from the 3rd edition books both
the companion and the critters thing that comes with the screen. Not
discrediting any of his info just pointing out that it's two different
versions of the game and you need to make sure you're using the ones
that you actually play the game with
