This topic has talked about a regenerate spell,so as a boon to all
munchies(yes I am a partial munchie collaborator ;^)) Here it is.

Regenerate:
What the F**K else could this spell do but ....Regenerate lost parts.
Class:health
Target:11- essence*
Drain:[(F/2]+4]D*
(Iam also a GM collaborator.Notice the high target numbers?;^))
