((That's the trick to get a more a powerful group... being run well, and
communication... with our original chars, we don't need to communicate
much, unless its something out of the ordinary... for 90% of the
situations, we know exactly what needs to be done, and who should be
doing it... a couple of nods and a thumbs up are all that's needed...))

No... that was a question of role-playing. All the involved characters
would die for their compangions. No one of them would have left a buddy
in danger. One of these idio... err, heros is quite useful, esp. if [s]he
could manage to escape. Three of 'em and the trouble starts when the trouble
starts :-)
