Just got my copy of Renraku Arcology Shutdown ... put in the scanner
and so on ... Then it hit me ... Looks like some SR artists have been
playing way to much Paranoia lately ... Big robots with weirdo
attachments ... sumo wrestlers ... people in hords .. and that little
scrolling text at the entrace telling you to shop till ya drop ...

A serious Paranoia feeling ...

Just thought that I should share that ...

It's not just the cover art. :) The whole storyline has a serious
Paranoia groove going on too.
If you check about a month back on the mailing list's archive, I'd
made a post about RA:S that had a paragraph long description that
could apply equally well to either Paranoia or Renraku Arcology:
Shutdown.

Anyway, the scary thing about the cover isn't so much that it betrays
the Paranoia-ness of the book... the scary thing was the little Doll,
right there on the front cover. (If you've read RA:S, you know why
that's such a nice touch.)
