[When _I_ get to write a sourcebook, _I'll_ be a "Mr." :)]
I'm interested in people's opinions of this. As I see it, one of the
reasons a third edition is coming out is because a lot has changed in
the game world, and the variety of product from different places in
the timeline could easily confuse the new players.
This makes sense. I remember looking at Paranoia products, and
finding both first and second edition mixed, with references to "Pre
Big Opps" and "Post Great Crash" and "Mid Uh-oh" and having no
idea
_when_ they were refering to.
My request is this: Can we clearly label THIRD edition products as
such? I know that when second came out, there was no real attention
payed to separating the two. (which probably drove people who had
only second edition nuts when they got a first edition product).
I think a simple "for Shadowrun 3rd edition" instead of the current"
For Shadowrun" sounds good. Everyone else?
