Yup, that means what you think it does...but not just yet.

I'll be leaving ShadowRN in about a week, week and a half or so. I've
accepted an offer at another PR agency and there simply won't be the same
sort of time I have here to read RN mail. But, better medical and salary,
so it balances out I think.

I will still maintain a presence on ShadowTK and Plot-D, but from my home
account on AOL, which I give below, so you won't be totally getting rid of
me. This list is just way too much volume to remain a part of from my home
account.

Anyway, for those of you that wish to make sure to keep in touch with me,
or to keep me apprised of RN developments, here's my e-mail address I've
set aside for Shadowrun type stuff: Wildsmashr@***.com

Go ahead and drop me a line there if you choose; my home computer crashed
and I'm working from a partial backup, but AOL will keep your message for a
while and once my machine is up and running, I'll drop your names in an
address book and drop a reply your way. I fully expect folks like Martin,
David B. and Patrick, among others, to drop me a note...but no pressure,
hey... ;-)

But I wanted to drop the bomb before I or the list got way too busy to do
this right (even if it is early) next week. It's been fun, you've been
great and I'll miss ya'll when I have to send that sad little unsubscribe
message to itribe in about a week...

My web page (I hear I'm having major problems with it, but I'm unable to
confirm myself) will still be around and is due for a major overhaul; once
my computer is fixed or I finally junk it for a new G3 machine, it'll get a
major facelift.

And I'll continue proposing stuff to FASA and trying to do more playtest
stuff (SR3 by itself just wasn't enough!! ;-)), so expect to read my name a
time or two more.

Again, "Wildsmashr@***.com" is how to reach me privately now.

Oh yeah...the Respected Elders Relaxation Resort will still be around, so
all you fellow fogeys will have a nice beach front winter home...

You'll be back, just remember that Baccardi commercial :)
Good luck at your new job, and I'll be missing ya, Dr. Jameson.

(Dang, anyone else in for what-if scenario's over a brandy and
comfy armchair?)

Good, so I guess I can cancel my run on your office <EG>...
<Dr. Steffens puts his Barret back under his beach chair and goes
back to sleep>

Take care!

Oh, probably at some point in the future. Maybe next century I'll get to
regale the new crop of kids what it was like back when the lists were on
itribe and before that on hearn...maybe by that point I'll have gone back
to being my grumpy old self...or maybe not... ;-)

Hey, I'm not dead...

We can still do that Martin, it'll just have to be off-RN is all. So bring
it on Dr. Steffens!! If you like single malt whisky or a nice sherry, I'll
supply it!!

Who can't help but have the song "Back In The Saddle, Again" run through
his head...
