Well, this is the way I've decided to do it. The situation is different from
two vehicles zipping through a crowded street or a helo chase, but it does
have the benefit of consistency (and the rigger is not at a disadvantage
because there is no other rigger for an opposed test). And being consistent
makes it easier on everyone (including me :) ).
