In my game there was no written Orcish language, untill then. There was the
orc language but it had no written persay. Now it does

Well, speaking as an ED and and SR guy, I'll say this; there has been a
written and spoken Ork language. But no, I don't think anyone has revealed
it yet, considering the fact that the only people alive who would know about
it would be a few Dragons and a few Elves.

However, I can certainly see certain elements of the Ork community wanting
very badly to find this tongue, which would be proof of their racial
uniqueness and "special"-ness. They'd like that; they've gotten shit on a
lot over the years, all things considered.

And the often-overlooked part of Dunk's bequest, the footnote on the text
suggesting the orks rename the Ork Underground Cara Fahd!
