Remember he had a fair whack of organics left too. It would almost be possible
to create a robocop using beta class cyberware in SR.
But, on the subject of brain removal:
Sure, if you hooked it up to a cyber body it would cost heaps of essense, but
how 'bout if you just put in a datajack, and ran the matrix? No rigger-like
sensor connections etc to cost heaps of essense, sure, you can't don anything
except run the matrix, but it would be possible.
