On 24 APR 1994, John Stawarz aka Chaos Manager <jstawarz@******.gmu.edu>
asks about praise/penalty for a RP situation in which a PC uses a staged
food riot to cover an entrance for a run.
My comments:

1)The PC used great initative and imagination in setting up the riot.

2)There aren't any witnesses-none willing to talk to LONE STAR or MCT
security forces, anyway.

A stunt like this, which is unexpected, funny and accomplishes the
mission with a minimum of roll-playing deserves 2-3 points of Karma
at least. If you are using the shadow reputation from SRII be sure to
adjust the award accordingly.
