There is an otaku gang in my campaign that have cyberfeet with external
skates, maths SPUs and some memory.

They mainly do numbers running and ticket scalping for the local mobs.

Mostly harmless describes them.

The lieutanents have lower leg replacements with retractable swim fins as
well - and are crazy enough to go surfing.

Usually they hang out at amusement arcades and fun parks.

junk mail filter and do not use the keywords "bank, business, credit, debt,
insurance, interest, loan, money".
