In addition to Bull's 50 Questions, I recommend using some of the "Origins"
article from Shadowrun Supplemental #8:

Plotting out the "LifeTrak" for your character can take a lot of time, but
you'll end up with enough info on your character to make him the subject of a VH1
"Behind the Music" special. :-)
