SR world...?? :)

Ok, I guess I'll throw my Two Nuyen in here... (You just jnew I would,
didn't you?). Ok, our regular gaming session got somewhat disrupted due to
unforeseen circumstances at our local gaming establishment (In other words,
we was kicked out of the local college temporarily), Well, what resulted
was not having a few of our regular guys, and hnaving a couple others not
normally in our game, at my house bored... So we decided to play Shadowrun...

Well, No one wanted to really GM, so me and George (Oni the Loony) both
volunteered. We deccided to Co-GM, as George hadn't really done that
yet...:) Boy was it interesting...:)

We ran the characters through Zorro's as the meeting place, which let them
all loosen up a bit and get ionto RPing a bit, then we hit them with the
mission. Any one read Chriton's (SP) Lost Worlds (JP sequal...:)). Well,
their mission was to bring the dino's back alive (snicker) and they were
getting paid by the dino... This made things real interesting...

The party spent the better part of the next half hour scrambling for
certains supplies taht the Johnson coudln't or wouldn't supply, such as
Neuro STun for the Super Squirts, a spray gun converted for use with Liquid
Nitrogen, and several fire extinguishers full of freon (gee, if we make them
cold enough, they'll go to sleep...<snicker>). And they paid through the
nose for these items...

Well, loaded down with non lethal gear as well as some heavy artilery, the
PC's boarded a chopper and loaded their stuff. We then flew them to the
island...

Unfortunately, however, they had serious engine problems about a mile out
from the island... Lightning hit their chopper and they lost their engines
and pilots... Lightning has a nasty effect on a rigger plugged into the
machine that gets struck... And the helicopter crashed, leeaving them
without most of the wonderful gear they had just bought...

Well, they actually only fought two things, a couple Raptors and a dozen
Compy's (the little chicken dino's that paralyze), and were chased by a
T-rex once... And over all I think they really enjoyed it. The group split
up once, (Stupid group), and we were fortunate to have two GM's present to
deal with the situation... Three holed up in the main factories, while two
headed out to teh security buildings... The two in teh sec building thought
they were in a seen from Aliens... They were even paraniod enough to
destroy the drop ceilings in the place...:)

Well, it went, overall, very well, especially as it was an off the top of
our heads type of job... But was fun... Now we just have to get them off
the island, and all tehy got to show for it so far is a couple compys...:)

[Snip teh stuff about Zorro's]

All I can say is that I couldn't run this bar... I'm strange and twisted,
but I'm not quite the loon... George, the bar is great, but you're gonna
have to keep running it...:)

And as a note about the bar... Nothing is too silly... Just ask teh guy
who was wearing the pink cape and tights with the "S" on the front... That
was his gun check ticket to retrieve his firearm, and he had to wear it the
entire time he was in the bar...:)
