I have read through SR3 matrix rules along with the Matrix book. Before I
GM a matrix run, I would love to see a sample run. Something that lays out
the host structure (including IC), then a sample of a runner logging in,
moving around, getting into the target host, and doing the deed once their.

The rule books have little examples sprinkled throughout but none that
brings it all together. Older adventure sets would diagram out the host
system. Current adventures leave most of to the GM to create.

Thanks to any help you can provide.

I'm working on something. Give me a little time.

Just a recommendation, but how about multiple examples, each one more
complicated than the last one.

The first would be an example of a paydata find and steal on a Green system
without any IC. Then a Blue, then an Orange, ending with a complex run on
a Red system logging in from a vending machine and holding back physical
security while completing various data retrieval/modification/destroy tasks.

It would be a lot of work, but a major boon to all of your fellow SR players :)

You and I are on exactly the same page. The first run is a simple
datasteal, the second is a Matrix overwatch gig.
It'll include all the stuff from jacking in to logging on to
running up a security tally to getting the goods to cybercombat. Yes,
it'll be big. I'll probably just post it on my website when I'm done.
