Running does not take a complex action. Thus there is an 'attacker running'
modifier for ranged attacks - you can run AND use a lead-hose full auto
attack if you so desire or two bursts etc. Movement doesn't affect the
availability of free/simple/complex actions. USING ATHLETICS to increase
your speed takes a complex action just as any other 'use skill' action is
complex. Terry
