I'd suggest (for personal reasons, partly), the following:

o Magical healing can avoid scarring if a First Aid skill check
is made during the Healing. The GM will assign a TN depending
on the seriousness of the wound, and the number of successes
indicates how completely scarring was avoided.

TN for Light: 2
Moderate: 3
Serious: 4
Deadly: 5+
Fire/acid 6+

I'd say that there was minimal scarring. If severe, or badly scarring (fire,
acid), damage was taken, then perhaps as a GM you could rule that scarring
occurred, but in normal instances I'd say the scarring from magical healing
would be pretty low.
