We are, and have different servers that will be running different file
downloads actually.

That's referred to as "Broadband", and in our case "Smartbroadband",
which
will try it's damndest to keep things going smoothly if you are at ISDN or
better.

And oh how I hate these. The 56K download versions are still good, but
below that, the quality starts to burn up badly.
