Subject: Secure armor cheaper than normal?

Can anyone explain why secure armor (first appeared in SSC) is chepaer than
normal armor, while it has the same ratings and a better concealability?
And why in some cases it is lighter, and in some heavier?

I'm thinking about just switching the prices, but maybe someone has a
better idea?

Write to Mike M. (FASAMike@***.com) and ask him. I don't recall what he
said when I asked him. I personally think the the secure armor should be
the more expensive.

Why is a manual signature any less of a signature than an automatic one?

An answer that covers all of the above is, "it has different
manufacturers"...
