On that note, I found a brilliant (IMHO) line in the CORPS Vehicle Design
System book by BTRC (for those who know 3G3, this is much the same but for
vehicles instead of weapons). It talks about using magic-powered engines,
and when comparing different types of fuel, it reads:
"Magic
"Any type of magic fuel would follow guidelines for a similar conventional
fuel. For instance, magic cards would burn about as well as wood, and be
treated as such for storage purposes."
