Tough one. I think the last time I touched them was pre-OS X. I might
need to dig up a new version of Quark, or see what supports that file
format these days.

I guess a lot depends on how much changes. My recollection was that
migrating the sheets from SR2 to SR3 was not very painful, but I have
zero knowledge of the changes in SR4.

So, in summary, that's a big "maybe".
