Try checking out prc-tools. Ought to show up freshmeat.net, and I
think it's hosted out of sourceforge. In any case, that, plus gcc (for
gcc in a Windows environment, check out the CygWin stuff) should get
you a start. I'll be looking into the same once my computer is back
again. Whee.

Haven't checked out the Palm SDK just yet, it may be superfluous to
the prc-tools package.

As for C... *sigh* At least I already know C :P
