Isn't It a concern of people that In the case above
that Bullets just don't bounce off armour In general.
If anything the armour may absorb or stop penetration,
but the puncture mark or even the round is still
imbedded In the armour. In the case above, If a round
is solid enough to puncture the top obvious layer of
armour but not the concealed layer, It's still gonna
stop the frame from being punctured but It's still
gonna puncture the top layer of armour with the
slug(s).
Shouldn't there be some sort of barrier rating that
goes along with armour, so the GM can figure out
whether your driving around In a ride that looks like
It's just driven through a Beruit rush hour, or a car
In a scrap In the barrens looks like It's had a detail
& wax job, not a scratch on It.
