Hmmm...interesting...
For getting something you might want from someone maybe...
"Ok, I'll cast it again if you tell me..." etc.
Ain't gonna make you very popular, though...or maybe that's exactly what you
will be? :)

Will the victim hate you for addicting him/her or love you because you can
give him/her what he/she needs? Or does that differ between victims?
Willpower ratings? The victims opinion of the caster? Something else?

Is there some sort of pleasant feeling in addition to the addiction (like
LSD, XTC etc. Not that I know anything about that stuff...:) or is it just a
pure need for more? (a quite alien feeling, then...)

Sex-maniac mages everywhere are gonna looove this one. :-)
It's not exactly a love potion, but...

Depends on your definition of "popular" :)

GM's decision, I'd say... Probably varies with the victim :)
FF: I'd say he'd hate your guts :) But he'll pay up, or get drained to hell
(if he gets the spell for himself, and autocast it, he gets a drain
everytime he uses the thing :) :) :)
Gurth: In case y'all are wondering what the hell she's talking about, she
means if you're a mage/shaman yourself, and somebody got you addicted to the
spell. Learn it for yourself and stand a chance of knocking yourself out
just to get what you need :)

You get _NOTHING_ out of it except for the need to get more of the spell ;)
No Attribute boosts, skill dice, good feelings, whatever, except cold turkey
if you don't get your shpt regularly *grin*
FF: The idea is that you cast it on your ENEMIES, not your _friends_ *evil
grin* And you got it right - it's great for blackmailing ;)
