No, not yet -- I wanted to know whether I was the only one or not (I also
haven't received word about a few articles I sent them about a month ago,
so maybe I should ask about it, yes...)

It has not arrived here yet and the local shop usually get SR related
stuff as fast as most folks in the US so doesn't look like its out
this week. Folks that have subscibed direct may of course get there
faster.

I've taken the airmail subscription (the low dollar course at the time
proved to be an advantage :)
