Well for the Skill Level thing just have a simple table like
1 arm
2 arm
3 leg
4 Abdomen
5 Torsoe
6 Torsoe*
And just role a number of dice equal to his skill and take the highest result. Low skill
people always hit center most of the time, while high skill people will almost garuntee
it.
The Aterisk on the second torsoe is incase you want head shots you can either replace it
with head (V Powerful) or just allow 6's to be rerolled for a chance at head. (Note, this
is a very quit jot of my idea that only just popped into my head).
Ein scharfes Schwert schneidet sehr, eine scharfe Zunge noch viel mehr.
The tongue is sharper than any sword.
